Today, I visited this nail salon for a full set manicure and pedicure. When I first arrived, it wasn’t busy, and the technician took her time with my pedicure, which I really appreciated. However, once we started with my manicure, a few more clients arrived, and I noticed that the technician rushed through my nails. It was clear she was in a hurry to finish with me and move on to the next customer. Despite my request for a delicate and neat finish, all of my nails ended up looking uneven, and the lengths don’t match. On top of that, the nails were thick and poorly done. She also didn’t apply a base coat, nor did she ask me to wash my hands after all the filing. The polish was applied so quickly that it was messy, and she didn’t trim the cuticles at all.Overall, I felt that I received rushed and careless service, which was disappointing, especially considering the unfriendly attitude.I’ve noticed a pattern over the years, where the level of service seems to drop if you’re not American, which is very frustrating. I hope this can be addressed for future customers.
Beautiful pedicure. My feet were so soft, clean and polished. Nail color application was great and the shape was just as I wanted. Wonderful massage, too.
